How do I find a house?
Open Properties and filter by purpose, type, Marla size and location. Open any listing to see its details.
How do I request a property?
Open Property Requirement, select purchase/rent/sale and enter your budget, size, location and contact details.
Does submitting the form book a property?
No. It sends a requirement to the property centre. A property is not reserved or purchased until the relevant parties agree and complete their own documentation.
How does WhatsApp submission work?
The website creates a WhatsApp message using the details you entered. Your device opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it.
Are listing prices guaranteed?
No. Listings on this demo site use example rates. Actual prices, availability and property details must be confirmed directly.
